Germán Camilo Rueda is Vice Minister of digital transformation of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of Colombia. He is an industrial engineer, with a focus on management, from the University of Miami and has an Executive MBA in Health Sector Management and Policy. He also completed the Social innovation entrepreneurship program with StartingBloc at the London Business School (England).
