Transformation and Modernization of Public Administration Services for the Business and Development of Contactless Services
Prompted by the plethora of complex problems unearthed by the global pandemic, governments have reacted with new ways of addressing urgent social and economic needs of citizens and businesses. In Serbia, the transformation and modernization of public administration services has been carried out in the last 10 years. These activities have been especially emphasized in the last 3 years. Due to a pandemic, new initiatives within and outside of Government have cropped up striving to create new solutions to previously unseen challenges. Certain administrative services used by businesses and citizens had very good results in the crisis. For others, development is adapted to the new challenges imposed by the crisis.
