In 2008, Ms. Horga graduated with a degree in International Economic Relations at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
She later obtained a PhD in Management at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and held, in turn, the positions of assistant professor and lecturer at Ovidius University in Constanța, teaching courses in Public and Private Organizations, Leadership and organizational behaviour, Investment Management, Business Project management, International Business Management. She teaches as an associate professor at the Faculty of Management Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (ASE). Since October 2019, she has been an associate doctoral lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration in foreign languages (FABIZ) within ASE. Among the subjects taught in the Academy of Economic Studies are: Environmental risk management, Project Management, Banking Techniques and Operations (BTO) – in French.
