Minister Astrup is responsible for steering administrative policy, innovation in the public sector, local government finances, local administration and the conduct of elections, planning, housing and building policy, coordinating the government’s work on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, national mapping and geodata policy, government employer policy, central government building and property management, administrative responsibility for county governors, contact with the Royal House of Norway, and administrative responsibility for the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation.
