In this virtual panel discussion, world-class AI & Internet companies, academics and young talents in the fields of data governance and technology from Spain, Singapore and China will analyze tech solutions and tech policy successes, ideas and weak points in each of these three countries, which were at different states of digitization maturity before the pandemic.

With a cross-national and intergenerational approach, and through examples, comparisons and conclusions, the goals are: to understand if investment in Smart Policies (mobility, e-government, health…) is the way to go to improve our societies resilience and progress; and to start thinking about a common post-COVID19 set of tech / policy tools to achieve more resilient, literate and smarter societies.
