The African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) through the 4^th Industrial Revolution Committee is pleased to host the Embracing the Digital Age: Digital Transformation for Citizen Engagement and Service Delivery workshop held under the Observatory for Public Sector Innovation (OPSI) Government After Shock programme focusing on Rethinking and Rebuilding through Innovation. This programme will seek to answer 3 key questions, what do we keep, what should we leave behind and what can we need to do differently. This is especially relevant due to the COVID-19 pandemic which has made digital transformation an inherent factor to transforming and modernizing public administration.  The theme is relevant to all citizens and government leaders.
